While the music ranges from World, down tempo and ambient to New Wave, the food is Latin and Coastal Cuisine, with a full bar. Listen, Little Pedro's offers Chile Colorado, a tasty beef sirloin simmered in a red Chile sauce, as well as their signature Calypso Salmon, salmon grilled and topped with an exotic pineapple salsa.
