Now with two convenient locations, West Sahara and Green Valley. We have withstood the test of time and are currently being proudly run by the second generation of the Nakanishi family. Osaka offers three uniquely different dining experiences at each location - the sushi bar, the teppanyaki grill and the traditional tatami rooms. Our authentic japanese food is prepared fresh daily by our award winning japanese chefs. Osaka was recently voted by Japan's largest weekly magazine, The Asahi Shukan, as one the 50 best Japanese restaurants worldwide. Osaka was the only sushi restaurant outside of Japan to receive this honor. Osaka is also a five time winner of the "Best of Las Vegas" Award as voted by the readers of the Las Vegas Review Journal. Specializing in sushi made by former National sushi competition adjudicator in Japan and award winning sushi chef, Shingo "Shin" Aihara. Our all Japanese crew assists Shin in preparing over thirty different authentic appetizers. Osaka has built its reputation by carrying only the finest fresh fish and its ability to create a variety of rolls which satisfy even the most adventurous of tastes. We also are proud to carry and serve the largest variety of fish of any sushi bar in Las Vegas.
