As with all beef, the finest of the cut is the tenderloin, and very lean tenderloin, from grass fed, free range cattle, cut and prepared in a unique Nicaraguan way, is the heart of the menu of the best restaurants of our country. Because the country is rich in all the basic food groups, seafood, grain, vegetable, and poultry are also represented, in unique local creations, on their menus. Over a decade ago, a group of Nicaraguan friends, living in Miami, decided it was time to create a restaurant which would feature the finest Nicaraguan dishes in an ambiance representative of its Spanish colonial architecture, in which guests would be exposed to the traditions of fine, personalized service and the festive nature of its entertainment. The restaurant was located in Hialeah. Today there are two more, one in Miami and another in Miami Lakes. Plans exist to expand within Florida and throughout the United States. We are proud to offer the very finest Nicaragua food, and as traditional in Nicaragua, we offer the same quality service and entertainment for which our county is justly famous. We serve the food, whether it is the famous churrasco (the lean tenderloin steak), the boneless fresh water fish or favorite desserts, exactly as it is prepared there. The marinades, sauces and spices are all genuine Nicaraguan creations. Our restaurants have been very prominently and favorably featured in many local and national newspapers and magazines. Nicaraguans are famous for their hospitality. We invite you to our wonderful family restaurants and hope that you will find the experience one that will make you not just a client but a friend.
