    Eat here tonight and save money. Each certificate is emailed to you and you immediately print it from your computer. River City Barbecue was established in August of 1998. The current owners took possession in 2001 and established a diverse clientele which spans the entire mid-south area. The news of this establishment spread throughout the south, due to its menu, which includes barbeque, a unique style of hot wings, soul food and other delicacies. The pork and beef briskets are seasoned in special herbs and placed in a cook shack for ten hours on hickory wood. This slow process makes the meat succulent to the taste and tender to the touch. The meat is served on a regular or jumbo bun with slaw and hot or mild barbeque sauce or a special blend. Pork ribs, rib tips and turkey legs are prepared in like manner, but for approximately four or five hours and served with slaw, baked beans, potatoe salad and rolls. Italian sausages are also prepared and served with hot or mild barbeque sauce. Smoked sausages and Chicago Polish sausages are deep fried and served on a toasted bun with slaw and hot or mild barbeque sauce. Other extras include grilled onions, mustard, relish pickle spears and hot or mild peppers. A variety of hot wings are offered. They are deep fried and served in four different flavors: Traditional - mild hot , very hot or suicide hot Seasoned - not hot at all, but vinegary taste Gold Rush - a sweet honey mustard taste barbeque - hot or mild barbeque All wings are served with carrots or celery, sticks, ranch or blue cheese dressing and rolls. An all time favorite includes daily-prepared homemade banana pudding, made with fresh bananas.Other desserts include stawberry cheesecake, lemon pie, pecan pie and ice cream. Average entree: .
